we've been having problems mainly concerning comunication, between myself and my wife. which has resulted in lack of bedroom antics of any kind. i don't think the problems lies with me. but obviously i play some part in it. are there any women who can relate to this and want to contact me for more detailed discussions.

if there's trouble communicating between the two of you.. then try to include a common friend or maybe a shrink

I suggest you take your wife out for a meal and a few drinks just to have some time for both of you to talk in a relaxed atmosphere. Lack of communication is the breakdown of most relationships and has a knock on effect in the bedroom !

Well of course lack of communication has curtailed things in the bedroom - if you don't feel loved, listened to and respected by a person you don't want to have sex with them!
I keep reccommending 'Relationship Rescue' - its a book to friends who are having problems - its good. Get it.

I think communications break down because we are feeling things we can't face and we think that our spouses might misunderstand us if we tried to talk with them about what's going on. Usually these both come back to the same core issue - REGRET. The only way out is self discovery and talking.

Never mind inviting women to contact you for "detailed discussions". Talk to your wife, compliment her, take her out for a pleasant evening, then you might be in with a chance.

she is probably like me and wont talk about her problems with you because she feels embarresed about something,maybe she thinks you will judge her opinions and just tell her that all her problems are her own fault.see men tend to think that just because they spill all their guts that a women will to but your wrong.women do whatever they can to not have to talk about it they just give hints hoping by some miracle you will figure it out lol has your women ever just got pissed for no reason at all?if she has then she was trying to give you a hint and you didnt figure it out

Without communication you don't have much else.Try to sit down and have a talk with her. See if something is bothering her, if she is unhappy or what. Good luck

You don't need to talk to "any other women" about this.
If your problem is communication -as you stated-, then you should be talking about it with HER and no one else.
If you need "input", I suggest mediation through couple's counselling.

communication causes a ripple affect on marriages that lead to disaster. somehow both of you should go to counseling to find a way to work on your communication skills.
