Most anti-wrinkle treatments have been proven not to work. The silicone fillers can reduce THE APPEARANCE of wrinkles but nothing can reverse them unfortunately.
Dry skin can look older and does highlight wrinkles, so keep your skin moisturised throughout the day with a hand cream in your purse.
As often as you can, slather your hands in moisturiser (non-scented glycerin moisturiser like a Sorbolene) and put on some white cotton gloves for twenty to thirty minutes. The heat from the gloves helps to lock in the moisture.
Good luck, and try not to worry about it - I'm sure nobody notices!

Well, obviously with age this does happen. Unfortunately it happens a lot earlier in women who like tanning. I have to tell you that Mary Kay has great Age Fighting products, great body lotions, hand lotions, and even facial stuff that helps fight fine lines and wrinkles. I don't suggest using something on your hands that is meant for the face as your body can react differently than your face does. (I personally tried it once and got little red bumps on my hands and legs..) I wish you all the best in finding a product that works best for you. If you want to look for different products you can go to www.marykay.com. Then if you are interested in any of it you can locate a local consultant. Hope this helped some.

Exfoliate them with sugar and olive oil (really scrub it in for a good minute or two), then add a little moisturizing shampoo, work into a lather, lightly pat dry, then apply a heavy hand cream. I like Neutrogena's Norwegian Formula Hand cream. (you will notice an immediate improvement in the appearance!!) If you keep your hands exfoliated and moisturized often they will look years younger. Paraffin wax therapy is also helpful and most beauty supply stores carry units and supplies at pretty reasonable prices.
And have a great a birthday!!

I turn 40 next year. I use the Burt's Bees products on my hands, and I think they look good. Be careful what you use for lotion though, many anti-wrinkle creams have nasty chemicals in them. I attached a link that tells about what's in your cosmetics.

I know I'm young, but I've had a serious problem before with wrinkles under my eyes. Olay Regenerist worked best for me. They have other creams and lotions here:

Shelves in Boots are loaded with Hand Creams, specifically for Anti-Ageing. What's good is Neutrogena.

Clinique makes a hand cream called Turn Around that targets your specific issues. I purchased it and have to say that my regular Cuccio hand and body cream did a better job at giving my hands a younger appearance.
