A distinction between "newbie and new person" has to be made, I think. We all were new at one time. The connotation of newbie has taken on a negative. SO embrace people that are new and rather than a game of SMACKANEWBIE let's round the @ssholes up, get them in front of a firing squad, boil them in oil or at least send them somewhere else. Not crap here please. We want P&S back and intend to get it.

I don't know...I think the definition of a newbie is just as loose as Yahoo's definition of a Top Contribution. Maybe we should change it to smackareallydumbnewbie.
