What type of barriers in communication will be faced by a foreigner in a country he visited for the first time and how he will be able to over come them.

well the biggest communication barrier will be language. This could easily be over come by learning the language of the region that you are going to be in. For example if you are going to China they speak to different languages depending on the region the language will change. Other communication barriers will be mannerisms. By this I mean you have to check the customs of the country. Like in the middle east it is not cool to go up to a women (if you are male) and give her a kiss on the cheek but if you are in say Puerto Rico, its perfectly acceptable. So this and practically any other communication barrier you come across when visiting a foreign country can easily be over come by learning about the country's customs, cultures and languages before visiting. Also be open to the experience of embracing it.

Well, it depends on the persons ethinic background, and which country he/she would be going to.
The biggest barrier would probably be language. Try to find a part of the country with people that speak the same language, and try to learn the countries most used language before you go.
