I am male and I know what you need to do. Mac is very good, so try asking them at the shop about your problem. Make sure that your foundation matches your skin tone EXACTLY, and then, I usually use a loose powder which contains only 3% pigment in it, so barely no coverage. This helps to seal your foundation and then it doesn't rub off your face. This powder is by MAC - Blot Powder - Loose.
Make sure you take your make up off before bed otherwise you WILL get spots. And make sure when applying that you hands are clean otherwise you will get spots.

Well maybe you can try putting foundation instead of lose powder but make sure you dont apply it excessively until it is so obvious that you are trying to cover up everything.
Or to make it less noticeable, instead of wearing powder on your face, try buying concealer and dab it on your blemishes but in a small amount.Make sure that the concealer is near the colour of your skin. And also try other products to see if its suit you.All the best.(:

Mineral Makeup (loreal makes a decent one) doesn't transfer onto clothes and covers well. But you have to watch the shades, they look much darker in the jar than they appear on the skin, you don't want to look chalky! Make sure you only use a stiff natural bristle brush (the Loreal one comes with the brush) to apply it.

Just make sute it matches your skin color. Maybelline express makeup stick is very good. It does not leve a powdery texture you can see.
Good luck try avoiding blemishes with better diet maybe.

Try MAC Studio Stick Concealer...it doesn't need to set or dry or anything...should just blend right in!
Good luck!

get some sephora powder. it helps a lot and even some of my guy friends use it, it makes them look so flawless.
p.s. you should not be caring so much about what you look like soo much.
