new enV ringtones help?

I just got an LG enV from Verizon. Is there any way to use my music as a ringtone, or do i have to download their tones through VZW Tones?

you can add your own music to your phone with a USB cable, which comes in the Music Essentials kit but is also available from Ebay and the like. technically you can't add your own music as ringtones but if you text message the song to yourself you can add it to your ringtones from there. verizon tries to make you pay from extra stuff but there are usually ways to work around it!
