All punning aside...
You can tell her just like that: you think she is beautiful just the way she is...
however, that's all you can do: Tell her how you feel.
ultimately, it's her body and her choice.. and if you DO love her just the way she is... part of the way she is is unhappy with her stuff as "molehills"... it's her choice if she wants mountains... be happy for her and accept her and love her no matter what.

id talk to her about it, she may already have her mind made up though, im sure she is beautiful, but a woman can always find flaws in herself that someone else might not understand, the best thing you can do, is let her know how much you love her, talk about the risks with her, then support her no matter what her decision, good luck whatever you both decide!

OH don't try to stop her, but lets her make her own choice because she going to be the one in pains after the opp. and the out come she have to live with if she dont like it, in the same time if it's make her happy than every body happy

Hey, you already told her how you feel, there is nothing else you can do. I just hope that she has done the research regarding the risks. If she hasn't then you need to seriously URGE her to read up before going under the knife.

There's nothing you can really say. She sees herself a certain way, and until she changes it or changes the way she feels, she's not going to be okay with herself. Just be supportive.

tell her that she doesn't need it but if she decides to go ahead and go through with it then you gotta support her. Take her to the hospital and help her while she's recovering. Stick by her and she'll definitely appreciate it.
