I will try almost anything at least once, but it has to be the type of rain we get here in Southern California on day when it isn't freezing cold.
When I was 12, I used to deliver newspapers in the morning while riding my bicycle. I remember once morning that it was raining and yet it was so warm that I was in short and a t-shirt. I love warm weather and I would dance in that type of a rain.

Me,I have done at Universal studios Orlando we were in the spot by the lamp post when the rain fell down so we were dancing in the rain for real..

I dont know if just dance...may be yes. One has to be creative.....but one thing I can tell you.. It is raining here just now and i love to walk under the rain.O course that I love too much when it rains in summer......bcoz rain in winter here is too much cold.
