Yeah, you got into the come-on business - you fell for the old story, "your computer is so infected, ONLY our software will fix it." Wrong!

AFTER you uninstall and remove the mess you have by clicking on Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs and the Show updates box at the top. Find Spyware Doctor and anything connected to it, click to remove it, then close the Control Panel and restart the computer to finish this action.

Then get SpyBot Search & Destroy to safely remove spyware. Best of all, it’s free. After installing it, immunize the computer against over 17,000 known pieces of spyware. Then run a full bot check and remove everything it finds using the Fix Selected Problems tab. Keep it updated and run it weekly to keep your computer free of this stuff. I’ve used it for 3+ years and depend on it to find the stuff that hides in your computer and causes major problems.

There are many excellent free anti-spyware apps available. Free is always he best!

For your Anti-Adware and Anti-Spyware needs...............

Pick and choose at least 2 anti-spywares from the list below and alternate scanning with them on a regular basis. New spywares are created literally hourly, so no single anti-spyware can really detect all malware. Have at least 2 on hand and alternate scanning with each every few days or so. All are free. All can remove as well as detect.

Yahoo! Toolbar with FREE Norton Spyware Scan:

Spybot Search and Destroy:

Ewido:

Adaware SE:

SUPERAntiSpyware:

Windows Defender:

Unfortunately, many "paid for" anti-spyware products are in fact either of limited usefulness or downright scams. When in doubt, look at the list of rogue anti-spyware solutions listed here:

You can get two programs to help you with this problem. AdAware and SpyBot. Both can be downloaded for free from www.download.com SpyBot is 100% free. AdAware you can use for free, but you will not have Real time protection unless you buy it. But it works otherwise. Hope that helps!

I would recommend, if you have a genuine version of windows to go to:
http://onecare.live.com/site/en-au/default.htm?mkt=en-au
Which is a Website to take care of these issues, and it does a good job.

There are other ways to do it, but I can't say over this. If you can't get rid of the issue, Email me, and I'll tell you how to fix it... Its too complicated to explain on here
