Hi I love my man,
You're pregnant, and if everything runs smoothly, yes, you'll
have a baby (..two?...three?....lol..).
Godparents aren't limited--so how many thousands were you
thinking of naming ?? You can have the godmothers that you
choose, OK??

You should check with your church regarding this issue. They are the source. Spanish people have more than one god mother, one baptized one that stood up in our wedding. I have never heard of two godmothers doing it at the same time. Maybe have a 2 females for the godparents in place of the "male" you will have to ask to be sure :) also, I just thought of the other way: you will have one for baptizing then, if you are Catholic, you will have a godmother to confirm them. Hope this helps :)

Godmother of 3 and 2 to go!

I have two sets of Godparents. One set was not married at the time, and my parents wanted a family member who would be in my life steadily. So I have two relative Godparents, and one who was my dad's friend and one who was dating my uncle at the time, but they are married and still together. So really I have one godfather and two godmothers, cause my dad's friend moved away and I don't ever see him. Ultimately it's your choice, you can have as many as you want. I enjoy having two godmothers, though I have to buy extra Christmas gifts!

I'm planning on having 2 godmothers. I think it's perfectly fine.

Check with your church. One may be listed as Godmother while the other may be listed as "Christian Witness" as was with our two Godfathers. Best of luck.

Not real sure what your first question means. As for the godmothers....you can have as many as you want.

LORD yeah!! If you have several people that will love that baby you surround that kid with all the loving people you can. In a world of sick and corrupt people a safe support system is ALWAYS a good thing!

i think it's perfectly fine, unless your family or religious tradition precludes it, to have as many godparents as you want. My son has one godfather, three sets of grandparents, and four great grandparents. As far as I'm concerned, he is a very lucky little boy to have so many people who love him!
