Chester. I live in Chester County now and am not a criminal, have a great paying job, and respectable house as do the rest of my neighbors. I really don't know what parts of Chester County these other people are living in. The area around me is a beautiful countryside dotted with farms. It's absolutely beautiful, quiet, and industry free.

I lived in Bucks for years... it has some great places. Nice malls, great places to eat, not too much crime. Definitely look in Bucks.
