GTA IV... what do you expect from it and are you looking forward to it?

With the trailer for the new Grand Theft Auto game scheduled for viewing tomorrow, are you all looking forward to what this new installment has to offer? And what are you expecting this time around?

cannot wait will buy playstation 3 just for the game, heard its going to be set in europe means lots of new type weapons car etc, hope will be more like san andreas than liberty city have also heard the new technology for the characters is awesome they used it on a table tennis game sounds boring but apparently the players looked extremely realistic

I hope it surpasses San Andreas at least. I would like to see the vehicles have realistic damage and not the same old dents and metal bending. I would like to see bullet holes in the car, windshields, and all that. Better Police AI, I mean a whole police force chasing you if you get up to Three Stars. Around twelve or fourteen police cars chasing you with helicopters and the tire spike police on the sides of roads. Better violent graphics too, I don't know, it was ok with all the cartoon like blood and violence for the current-gen systems, but the next-gen I would like to see more realistic violence. Because when you really look at it, the GTA games do not hold violence very well I have seen Teen-Rated games have more graphic violence than GTA does. And it would be neat to be able to actually use your money for something else besides buying about 20 properties, limited amount of clothes, food, and other useless crap really. I would like to see a fully operated stock market in the game. Where side missions can be you operate in it honestly or use inside information with risks of being caught or lose profits. Little movies in theatres would be neat as well. Buying huge amount of land, businesses, corporations, and real estate for rent, buy low sell high type of dealings, or just for personal use clean or dirty wise.

I know a lot of it seems really out there, but look at all they did for San Andreas and this is on Next-Gen systems of Xbox 360 and the PS3. I am sure they could do something like that if they really wanted to do so. I have other ideas I would like to see in the game, but what's the point really? Either it happens or it doesn't I have no creative control in the game just someone sharing a couple ideas on here with other people.

It will have to really be something special to top San Andreas... I have high hopes, but it will take more than just better graphics to impress me. GTA has always (since #3 at least) been about free roaming, going anywhere and doing anything, even if its not part of the storyline.... if the new one doesn't include that element, I will be sadly dissapointed.

I cannot wait and will probably cream my pants when it comes out. Unfortunately it will probably mean me having to buy a new system.. :(

Improvements I'd love to see would be things like indicators on cars, actual dialogue with people in the street (so you can verbally start fights etc!), background music for missions, stuff like that. Whether we get that or not who knows.

If on the off-chance anyone from Rockstar Games is reading this, please bear it in mind OK! ;)

I want there to be new vehicles eg subs, space shuttles and even hangliders. There should be a way to destroy certain buildings and rebuild them. A business section that allows you to buy shops and sell stuff. You should also be able to buy every property on the game. ALSO LESS GLITCHES.

Well the world should be more destructable,better graphics,massive cities and no cheats as they ruin the game

hell yeah im looking foward to it i just preorder the ps3 version lastweek i just hope you can use more accessories and create a character like in saints row my guess it will take place in tokyo or london

i'm not expecting anything from it as i believe san andreas sucked and has put me of getting another GTA
