I guess... a boat. but anyway, if I think that you mean something other than a way to get off of the island, water, since it's a desert island. And otherwise- a friend, because I would get lonely.

Only one... Um... Let's see... I think I would take a big pillow. I would lie in the beach and take tan (the sun) and I would SLEEP and finally RELAX on my favorite (BIG and comfy) pillow... Gosh, I wish I could get on a deserted island... :/
