I'm fair skinned and easily go bright red. What I do when I get into something embarrassing or make a foll of myself is to make a joke of it and laugh at the fact I am going red. Then, they laugh with me and not at me. But I can always use the excuse that I am a blonde.

Think: We are ALL human and we ALL get embarrased. It's part of life. I get embarrased all the time, but I try to laugh it off the best I can. If you're in a "funny" embarrasing situation, joke around with everyone to try to take the spot light off the embarrasment. And who cares if you turn red?! I do that all the time!!! It's alright.

Its you thinking about going red what makes it worse. so dont think about it. If you think your about to go red visualise something and laugh along with it if its embarrassing situation.

Learn to laugh at yourself. If you can do that, people will think you aren't bothered and won't try to embarras you as much.
The more you get embarrased and people see that it bothers you the more people will do it
Also say somehting funny and people will laugh with you and think your funny too

I wouldn`t worry about it - just keep on doing it - most people look lovely when they blush - and it shows sincerity. Notice how people always smile when they see someone blush - that means they like you - especially the opposite sex ! Have you ever heard anyone say " I don`t like him/her cos he/she blushes." --? No neither have i.

I just laugh and smile about it. Tell people what you did, its better they hear it from yourself than rumars going around.

umm.. first you gotte love urself more than you do now. then, if embarassing moments happen, rather than lettting ppl laugh at you, then let them laugh about it, with youu.. bottom line, you might as well laugh at yourself.
