I'm 20, and I'm fairly sure I used to watch this cartoon in the afternoons when I was around 8-12 yrs old. I'm a little fuzzy about details but I remember it was about 2 street kids in a big city (perhaps London, NYC or similar) and they lived by the river (Thames?) in a small, shallow boat with a tarpauline over it as a shelter. There was a boy and a girl, and they were homeless and they had a dog that didn't speak but showed emotions and I think it may have been a beagle or a hound or similar. I feel like John Edward but the name "Oliver" or "Olive" is in my memory.
I didn't particularly love the show, I just can't find it on the internet and its been really bugging me for ages. Can anyone please help?
