Piczo Website Password?

I'm trying to put a password for my piczo website. I put the password in that I want and my password for signing in and it says incorrect password and i spelt them right!

I had a similar issue when I first started using Piczo, and my password wouldn't work either.

I simply followed the I forgot my email link and copy and pasted the password.

If this fails then I would contact piczo customer service.
