Interesting answers. Now if she is now a he...does that not make the marriage a sham? Did she not always want to be a he? Is there deception here? Could it be the reason for the divorce initially?
Humm...what do you think?

I examine that article and that i think of this is going to be dropped. in spite of everything, he married a woman, not a guy. And, because of the fact the spouse isn't a woman from now on, the choose would desire to order the alimony be stopped!

Still needs to pay she is still the same human and earned the right to the alimony regardless what "equipment" they have or hold. Think the alimony will continue as there are defenses she can retaliate to state.

I hope he wins the case. He married and divorced a woman and now that it's no longer considered a woman he should not have to pay for it for the rest of it's life. Let the degenerate get a damn job!

I think even though she got a sex change, it shouldn't matter because it's going to be a lot harder for her to find someone, and plus I think there were 2 things that needed to happen for him to stop paying her alimony. either she got remarried and something else. It didn't say "sex change"...so I think he should still pay.

she should still receieve alimony there is a reason she got it in the first place, just because she isnt happy with who she is doesnt mean she shouldnt get what was awarded to her.
