i drank many pots of it in my last few months of pregnancy - my labor was less than 3 hours and only a few minutes of pushing - so did it tone my uterus? maybe!

It's one a few different kinds of herb teas I drink- not every day or anything- I'm not really doing it for the "uterus strengthening claims". I just like herb tea, it's relaxing, sooths the throat and belly, and when I do get sick - it's not so bad feeling as it comes back up.
If you do try it out, let me suggest you get one with mint leaves mixed in, the plain raspberry leaf doesn't taste very good.

I drink it when I remember. I've read lots of anecdotal things that say it's good for you. I have no idea if it's true or not but my pregnancy is going fine. I'm still experimenting with getting it to taste good, it doesn't taste bad I just don't quite like it. It tastes better cold though.

I read in my pregnancy book my doctor gave me, that raspberry tea is safe in moderation. I got the decaffeinated kind, I love it.
