Definitely go with the Wii. My nephew has a gamecube & he is ready to upgrade because there aren't many good games out for the Gamecube. I think it will be outdated like Atari very soon.

The Gamecube is dead. Nintendo still supports it (supposedly), but there aren't going to be any more games for it. The only reason to get a Gamecube is if you have no other consoles and very little cash. Realistically, you can get a Gamecube and seven (used) games for the same price as a new Wii.
I wish I had a Wii. :-(

The Gamecube is a dead system. If any new games come out for it, they won't be hit titles. If you want enjoyable game play and a better system. Go with the Wii. On top of that, the Wii can play any Gamecube game. The Wii is basically a Gamecube^2

i bought the wii and play gamecube games on it. wii sports is the only good game. zelda sucks and if you want you can get it on the gamecube. when i first bought the wii i thought it was the greatest. 3 months later and i never play it. no games and the whole "revolutional controller" does get old and gimmicky. if you would have asked me 3 months ago i would have said, the wii is the best. now, not so much. i love my ps3 though

the Nintendo Wii. no doubt. its more interactive. and the Gamecube is so old. they barley make any games for it now.

wii because it wil play your gamecube games and is the better system. The remote makes you feel like your part of the game and the graphics are way better..
