I can spell almost completely without a stop.myself and my friend are practising this for around 4 years.My friend was familiar at the end of 3years and 6months.Icould complete it only 2months ago.It needs continuous practice and good mental ability

haha - 'the alphabet backwards' takes just 1.5 seconds.
Now saying each letter backwards WITHOUT STOPPING TO THINK - I can't do that.
Otherwise...it takes me 22 seconds.
