Kobe and Shaq. Kobe is a better player, better shape and understands the game better than Dwayne Wade.

Shaq and Kobe if only for the simple reason that Kobe could shoot the three pointer and keep building small lead which would eventually turn into a bigger lead.
Kobe and Wade are pretty much equal in all levels of playing except Kobe has a MUCH better outside shot and Wade is better inside presence (as much of an inside presence as a gaurd could be).
The real question is who would win between Shaq and Shaq!

Dwayne Wade and Shaq even though i hate the both of them Shaq and Kobe is no more Sahq never liked Kobe he likes Wade because Wade passes the ball to him as Kobe did and would not besides Shaq and Wade are both GAY, that's why they get along so well they love each other like a couple of queers.

Kobe and Shaq, most definitely. Last year's Heat only made it that far because they were playing in the EASTERN CONFERENCE. Put them in the West and they'd be lucky to get past round 2.

Definitely Kobe and Shaq. DWade wouldn't be able to get the Heat to the playoffs. Kobe would put the team on his shoulders and carry them to the playoffs or die trying. Kobe is all heart when it comes to the game. DWade is getting there.
