A live-in cook, but, he or she would be able to have their family close by, as in living with them, and would be paid excellent wages and have suitable accomodations. I would hope that said cook would be more like a paid member of the family.

Oh my, it would be absolutely wonderful to have a live in cook with her own quarters attached. She would deserve her place to retreat to, as well as I.
What a great dream that would be to wake up to, and find that it had came true.

Restaurants, totally. Then I would eat all the sushi I could eat. Live in servants creep me out. Why do they want to spend there lives on me??? That's weird.
