Well, I'm a city girl so I could only live in the sprawling lots of land thing if it were close enough to get into the city easily. Otherwise I'll vote for the high rise. That's not the only real option of course. I live very close-in to the city with walkable stores and stuff nearby and i don't live in a high rise or a sprawling suburb.

A sprawling home with lots of land! I grew up on a farm in the country....nothing like the fresh country air!

I have a ten room house with two and a half acres, don't get excited, we aren't rich, its an old house we have spend 22 years redoing ourselves one little bit at a time, but our major problem is the acres, its just to expensive to maintain and garden, even to buy plants for. Land takes even more work than the house does and trust me, I can't remember the last time it was all clean and sparkly at the same time.
I would move in a heartbeat but we don't like living on top of other people and the space is restful. But you can only appreciate the work of a large place if you have to do it yourself.

i would rather be in a fabulous luxury hight rise apartmen than the sprawling home with lot of land.

A fabulous, luxury high-rise apartment.
3 reasons:
1) I am horrible at lawn and plant care. I grew-up in the city and I have never mowed a lawn in my life!
2) I don't like being outdoors much because I have really long hair and I get too hot.
3) I am DEATHLY afraid (phobic is more like it) of bugs!
