As long as you didn't swat the bee she should be fine; if you leave bees alone they can remove their sting.
Otherwise the sting gets left in the skin, with the poison sac attatched. If you cant see the sting, she probably didn't get stung.
If the sting is still in, dont squeeze it, the sac will empty into your rabbit and that irritates more than the sting. You have to grip it with tweezers near where it goers into the skin and remove it.
Vinegar is supposed to soothe it, a dab on some cotton wool might relieve any itching. If she gets a big red lump and seems to be having any trouble breathing or gets distressed, ring the vet and tell them you're bringing her strainght in.
But if she seems ok, not pawing at where she was stung or whatever, she's fine.

Search for a wound, and if you find it possibly call either a vet, or if it is available, the extension office for a agricultural University. If the stinger is in their do not pull it out with your fingers, you will merely squeeze poison into the rabbit. I know for my dogs I'd just ignore it unless the dog was suffering, but dwarf rabbits are far far smaller.
