If you say they are a cheating partner then they already are caught. Otherwise you would just say partner. Now if you suspect your partner is cheating you already know the answer. Either you are insecure or your partner is cheating. Nothing about this to catch. Check yourself. No actions on the part of your partner point to cheating then do your own work. Actions demonstrate cheating, have a quiet, calm discussion about this and look for remorse. No remorse high tail it out of there, the behavior will be repeated.

Hire a private investigator, however, even the investigator will likely not be able to have evidence of them actually doing it, what he willl be able to show you is lies that she may have told you about where she was going and with who or picture of your partner out with someone else when they should have benn somewhere else. In the end the partner can still sit there and lie and make up another excuse. If you beleive your partner is cheating then that's all the proof you need.

I don't think you should be to concerned catching your partner in the act of cheating. I feel that if you can't trust this person b/c he/she has given you reason to believe he is unfaithful, than you shouldn't continue your relationship. Maybe he/she isn't cheating. Have you ever cheated? If you have maybe your past is haunting you. Maybe you can't trust b/c you can't trust yourself. Sit down with your partner and have a heart to heart conversation. If he/she can't look you in the eye when questioned then you "MAY" have somything. BUT DON'T ACCUSE this person of cheating. Let him Know that you feel he is being unfaithful and provide reasons to your fealings. NEVER ACCUSE - big mistake! This could ruin a good thing.

If were talking about a man he will trip him self up sooner or later they always do, In the mean time dont worry about it, just worry when you find out.
If were talking about a woman it will be hard, women are better at this sort of thing than men so you will have to be very sly if you wanna catch her out, you may just have to hire someone to follow her.

Go down their mobile phone or their bill. Also their bank statements.
Cant really help too much as only little info,but if you know he/she is cheating then get out of the relationship
Or just humiliate them down the pub in front of all their friends.

HI, I think is the best way is to set down with her and ask her. But if you can not do that. Follow her take the hole day off to follow her around. Check her e-mails, cell phone, clothes pockets, car, if she has any love letter hiding around. Ask around with you guys friend the friend that wont tell her that you are asking around. But what it comes down to if you really love her you should know buy now. Just the way she is acting around you. You can tell how she love you back.

if you're looking to find your partner in the wrong.. do you really love them or are u looking to hurt them.. if u plan on finding your partner cheating.. u obviously dwell on the "wrongs" and haven't confronted them about it.. love isn't something to toy with.. if u love them... then love them.. if u try to continue with this cat and mouse chase.. u won't the only one getting hurt... (if they're cheating on u.. u must have given them a reason.. just thought i'd make that known)

phone or emails. You can do lots of things. pay attention to chnges in their behaivor. Always know that your first instinct feelings are true. even if you don't want them to. You arent trying tprove they are cheating your hopeing your wrong. but the info you always end up with is what you thought. Its sad.
