Pokemon will automatically go to their friend area (provided you have it) when you leave a dungeon or put them on stand by, except for your "helper Pokemon" until you beat the game.

To get Pokemon to join your team, you have to recruit them. After you defeat a Pokemon they might not disappear. A message box will appear saying "______ wants to join the rescue team!" To get them on your team, just say yes.

There are a few conditions governing this. You have to be in a dungeon other than Tiny Woods, you have to be in a space adjacent to that Pokemon, and you, not your helper Pokemon, have to defeat the Pokemon to be recruited.

Some Pokemon are more difficult to recruit than others, so keep trying! Also, as you level up, Pokemon will be more likely to join your team.

First of all, your partner CANNOT go to their friends area until u defeat rayq.

After that, go to any dungeon and complete it. Your partner will AUTOMATICALLY go back to his/her friend area.

Then, to get pokemon to join your team, defeat it. Each has a different chance of joining your team.

If you are talking about pokemon u ALREADY have and want it to go with you to a dungeon... then go to its friend area and search for it. After finding it, speak to it and ask it to "join team" Ta-daa! It will go with you AUTOMATICALLY to the next dungeon u go to.
