Caillou is really, really whiny. My kids always made fun of him for it.

I'd go for Calliou. I know they made him to resemble a real kid, but they didn't have to include the whinning.

I crack my 8 and 5yo up by doing caillou impersonations (they have long outgrown the show)
They sometimes do them too.
We also make fun of ord on dragon tales
