Stay relaxed, be yourself and know the job you're going for. If they offer you a drink ask for water. That way, if they ask a question you need time to compose yourself with, take a slow drink of water to stop you from panicking. Good luck! ;-)

EDIT: Think of good answers for strengths and weaknesses

If the interview is just a formality, it sounds like they already want to hire you...so that should hopefully make you feel more confident.

What qualities made you good as an office cleaner? Are you meticulous and do you have an eye for detail? If so, those qualities would probably transfer quite nicely to a lab environment. You can probably think of some additional qualities and experience beyond your last job as well.

Like you said, the interview is a formality so you have nothing to worry about! They obviously liked what they saw in your c.v so what you put down on it should make a good start.
Talk about your skills, your goals and ambitions.

The qualities you would bring to the company are: a fresh look at things, perhaps a differnt of method to the work.

They would gain a level headed employee who is hard working and ambitious. let them know how serious you are about the job by explaining how you want to work your way up the career ladder and you hope to do it within their company. In other words they would be gaining a loyal employee!

Confidence, I can't stress enough about confidence. It doesn't matter whether or not you're actually confident but fake it if you have to. Practice with a friend or in front of a mirror. I don't know what position you're applying for so it's hard to give you specifics on what to say but let them know you're an honest hard worker who works well with others and learns quickly. You know that kind of fluff. As long as they think you know what you're doing that's all that matters. Good luck. By the way that's an adorable avatar!

Hi, it's never too late to prepare.Just go in, be calm, look confident and make eye contact when you can.

Answer all questions clearly, if you get stuck answer" that's a very interesting question" then you can pause and think .
if they ask what is your best qualities, its always a good answer to say something simple, like a "good sense of humour and hardworking".
If they ask what is your weak points, you can say something that won't come back to you to haunt you.Just be honest and keep it simple.
If they ask what you have to offer, tell them honesty, reliability and loyalty. You have to be sincere in whatever you answer( or at least pretend you are)
And last of all, best of luck, dress smart and smile even if you nervous.

When you get those questions thrown at you...always look at some of your best traits.

You can always bring quality service, customer service and a strong work ethic to their business with your qualities...so that is for starters.

You can bring a clean and successful work environment, and also denpendability to the company.

I hope this helps :)

Try anticipating questions and rehearse your answers. Always dress well and exude confidence, interviewers are less likely to hire people that appear intimidated. think and feel positive and you will do well.

be confident and use humour to hide how nervous you are, these people who are interviewing you have done this loads of times before, just be yourself and all the best!

Walk in, put your feet on the desk, then stare them all in the eye. Sit back, then point your finger like a gun at the panal and say "shoot"!
