What is your opinion of Sanjaya??????????

In my own opinion he cannot sing. He's absolutely one of the worst singers I've ever heard. He's right up there with Yoko Ono--and how she has fans is beyond me. He's still on the show because A)Children who vote, just choose a favorite and keep voting, no matter how untalented they are; or B) It's all a corporate ploy for ratings. The show's producers know he's a bad singer, but keep him on there to stir controversy and keep viewers tuned in....it could be both. It's a popularity contest now, not a talent show. I stopped watching after the first season because of that. I just catch the highlights on the news. Sanjaya shouldn't be on the show, and that's the bottom line. He's got a pretty face and he's probably a nice guy, but that's it. He's the new William Hung. It's kind of sad to say, but he's a joke.

p.s. why is this in philosophy?

I don't know Sanjaya personally, but he can't sing as well as the other contestants on American Idol. I am still in shock about him still being there. I guess there are a lot of tone deaf people voting for him. Thank you.

Sanjaya is disgusting. He/she needs to go out and eat a large cheeseburger, guy he receives skinnier each and each week. and that i visit't stand his stupid face.........he really thinks he's solid, and that i visit't wait to work out the seem on it at the same time as he receives voted off. I blame the electorate in part for his nonetheless being there, besides the indisputable fact that the judges must have extra say so in who's voted off each and each week. yet Sanjaya has a wise mouth on him, plus i visit't stand to work out his father interior the target audience jumping up and down - as if! he received't win! Get a grip American Idol - i could be so pissed if i became voted off and that goof ball stayed.
