I know that sounds stupid, but everytime I take it for a headache it does not only make me feel better, but it puts me in a better mood! Is it all the caffeine?

it has caffeine in it...so it may give you a little pep.

I'm on here because I looked for the same answer :) I feel the same way. Oddly, it's the only source of caffeine that makes me feel that way. Coffee makes me jittery and nuts. I wish there was a basic caffeine pill that acts just like it, lol. I love it.
