hi there... I don't think it can be posted anywhere on the internet. If you took the paper and pen exam, you must receive a letter after 1 or 2 months whether you passed or not. If you took the comp exam, you must receive the results right away.

the Philippine Commission on Civil Service has a website but I'm not sure if they post the names of passers. Maybe if they do, they might as well post them when everyone knows he or she passed. In the case of CHED, they post board exam results after a month or two - that's when everybody knew about the results from newspapers... The same must be happening with the Civil Service office
