Probably Micheal Owen he as good at a young age and now. The best English soccer player in the making I think is Wayne Rooney because he is still in his 20's and already has amazing skill.

Agree with Borat, Bobby Charlton has to be the most naturally gifted player England has produced. He could make and score goals.

Good, u'n matey. I think England players are over estimated but in the same word's they are good.. English player's, ....let me think....I dont like him ( but who am I to pre-jjudged someone)....Stuart Pearce ( if that is spelled correctly). is the kinda guy who get's stuck in. I have given this a lot of thought and to be honest, he is the only half decent ex-player who could maybe "kick A**"
I have a lot of opinions about English football, so if you fancy a debate, give u's a shout.

I won't say the old players as I didn't see them Charlton etc. Would have to say Seaman ( apart from that Ronaldinho goal ) he pulled off some brilliant saves for England. ps I was torn between Him and Lineker he was outstanding servant for his country as well
