I understand your question.
Those J-asses that are always feeling themselves are disgusting.
It is usually the hair that causes the itching, but remember the scrotum is moving too. So between the 2 there is itching.
But to answer the question....
When needed....

I use a solid antiperspirant stick on them. I feel like a fool saying this but it keeps me fresh until my next shower. I never have to scratch. Trimming excess hair helps out too.

A few more times then they actually itch. I have to make sure they are always in the best/prime working condition. I really could use a nurse :) to take a look, and maybe feel them to be sure all is well.

What part of scratching your balls is medical? NONE.
scratch per day? probably about 5 times, just whenever there is a little itch.

I don't really scratch them. The hair doesn't bother me. I think it just depends on the person, whether they sweat.

I keep mine pretty clean, so I'm going to have to go with 'minimally' ;) That, plus with my luck the second I go to make the big itch, I'll have 20 people watching me! Of course, I'd let you watch if you wanted!

All the time, either that or I'm adjusting their position to make them comfortable.
