I had just entered a pub/bar with a friend and we proceeded to sit down. Just then a barman approached us and asked for ID. My friend said she hadn't any and I gave him my fake one. Asking us both to leave, he said he needs to confiscate the ID.
I didn't attempt to buy alcohol with it, just to stay in the pub. I assumed that you were allowed in pubs over the age of 16; you're just not allowed to drink.
He said that they have to hand it in to a particular place and they decide whether to contact the police or not.
So what I am really wanting to know is, what is likely to happen?
Please help!

People who are actually commenting to easrn points are sad. Why don't you actually give advice.
- Grow Up? What do you think I was trying to do by going to the pub tit!
