I was wondering if guys lie to their wife/girlfreinds sometimes about them looking good?I mean would you tell her she looks good just to make her feel better?When you guys say to your wife/girlfreind that she is the hottest looking girl on the planet ,is that true?I just wanna know what guys think

That is what women want, because they can't handle the truth.

Listen to me, because I'm being very honest. Men will tell their mate about how good they look to either make the girl feel good or just telling the truth. It may also be both.
What matters is that the man is making you feel good, whether he is lying or he really does think you're the hottest woman on the planet. It just means you are his whole world. This is proof that men's feeling for women go beyond the state of horniness. It means that they'll love you even when your hair is a mess, your face looks like a punching bag and your mascara is running.
Guys may or may not like to cuddle. It depends on the man. I like to cuddle when it calls for it. At times, I'd choose to cuddle my woman rather than have sex with her, in a particular moment. Men don't think about sex every 5 minutes. Nothing would get done if they did. Men can be just as intimate, just as romantic. Don't give into the biased ideas that state that women are more romantic than men. Men can be just as loving, just as a woman can be emotionless towards their man.

I suggest that if your man is telling you this, tell him that whatever answer he give you it should be the honest answer. Don't tell him this everytime. Ask him specifics, what make him so attracted to you, and not just the wonderful sex you give him. Tell him that if something doesn't attract him, it isn't going to scar you. It means that you want to make the relationship better for the both of you. Just make sure that suggestion doesn't put a risk in your life. Some men want toothpicks for women and it's unhealthy.

First of all you must remember beauty is in the eye of the beholder. If you are a little overweight and you ask us does my @ss look fat of course we are going to lie to you, because whats the difference we still think you look good. Now if you ask a simple question of does this match or do you prefer the gold or the silver you will probably get our honest opinion. But if the end resulte does not matter. Whats the harm in squing the truth to fit the situation?

Women are like cats. They love warmth and being spoiled by their guy.

And men are like dogs. They will do anything for you but all they want is their woman's love attention food and sex.

So if a lie would make the girl feel good and ensure a him good dinner and a hot sex, and if the truth would make her say "fine...then why dont you go find someone of your own taste and leave me alone" Then why in the world would he say the truth?

I never lie to my girlfriend as I see it as being pointless. She is a sexy woman and if I want to compliment her then I will but it will be an honest compliment.

EDIT: If I want to compliment her then I will. She is not the kind of person that fishes for compliments for an ego boost as she does not need it.

Of course men lie. If your man is a little chubby, and he asked you "do I look fat in these pants", would you say "you look fat even without the damned pants, lard-butt", or would you say "You look sexy, now come here and kiss me"?

People in relationships lie because they don't want to hurt the others feelings. If you're fat, you know you're fat, and you don't need your mate to tell you. Asking them for reassurance that you're attractive to them is fine. Asking them if you're fat is asking them to lie.

The question to ask is "Do you still find me sexy"?
