You could try eating smaller, more frequent meals, tums, and sleeping with your head elevated.

Tums is the only heart burn medication my doctor's office approves without an appointment. Others contain certain ingredients that may need to be looked into more. Milk and animal crackers always helped me too. Gone through 2 bags in about 10 days (bad heart burn last couple weeks lol). Good Luck!!

I had heartburn the whole time I was pregnant. It was probably the worse thing the whole pregnancy. Taking Tums is fine, I went through several big bottles while pregnant. Although, that's all you can do is live with it until the baby's born.

A glass of milk and a plain piece of bread always helped me. Tums are safe. Congrats btw!

Tums are safe but if they don't work your Dr can prescribe meds for it. Otherwise watch what you eat that causes bad heartburn. Tea and coffee make mine really bad. Hope it gets better!

Tums are safe during pregnancy, they work for me, also saltine crackers, they help to neutralize the acid in your stomach. Those are the only things I have found helpful.

Sleep with your head slightly inclined...eat less before bedtime and tums can help... Unless you have a water retention problem you shouldn't have to consult your md

Milk is the worse thing to drink when having indigestion or heartburn.
I don't really know what to tell you to do because you are pregnant. I would just suggest cutting back on fried foods, tomato sauces and things like that.
Maybe even drinking Aloe Vera Juice will help.
Hope this helped.
Good Luck!
