I read somewhere that although one day is considered to be 24 hours, the natural human body clock actually goes by a 25-hour cycle.
As a result, I constantly find myself sleeping later and later (not by choice - my body just isn't tired at the time I'm supposed to be asleep), and subsequently having to wake up later as well. Because of this, it's really hard to observe a strict 9-5 kind of job.
Any advice? I find having to observe a routine Mon-Fri 9-5 job extremely damaging to my health as it goes against my body's natural cycle. Why can't corporations the world over accept this fact and adapt accordingly? (And the stock market too?)
