Uhm the noises are accually Jimmy in the mic, he does it the exact same live. You'd be surprised at the sounds that come outta that guy live lol!

It's a synthesizer sampling that was recorded by Jimmy Urine. He does all sampling and synths.

I think its just a synthesizer or some other elctrical music instrument

Its just a sound they recorded and they re-played it over and over again. Its like when you talk and mid-word record the conversation, then replay it over and over.
