0.2 is greater , we look at the first digit after decimal point and compare
example
which is greater 0.314 or 0.8
of course 0.8 because when we compare that fist digit after point we find 8 > 3

The answer may seem obvious (0.2 > 0.1). However, the trick is to recognize that 0.2 > 0.10. When starting out with decimal numbers, this is one of the big stumbling blocks to get over. At first glance. 0.10 "looks" bigger than 0.2. But the trick to keep in mind is that you can add as many zeros (0) to the right side of a number after the decimal point as you want, without changing the value. 0.1 = 0.10 = 0.1000000
The same holds true with adding zeros to the left of a decimal point. 0.1 = 00.1 = 000000.1

0.1=1/10 and 0.2=2/10. two tenths is greater than one tenth(logical reasoning-think for urself)
so 0.2>0.1

Well, 0.1 is one tenth; whereas, 0.2 is two tenths. two tenths is twice one tenth, so I would have to say 0.2 is bigger than 0.1.
