she is my colleague, we are working same place, we have very good friendship, often i told her i love her so much but she is always silence n the relation is going on but few days ago we have argue between us, she told me i m not inside what is outside, mean i m different n i told her i did mistake only i luv u, thenafter she doesn't talk me, even look me, she had tell me our friendship is end and i killed her from our relation, pls advice me wht shuld i do, i beg her many time n say sorry many many time from my side but she hasn't change...is she love me or hate

If your friendship was very good before the argument I think she just needs time to think and time to remember your apology. I also feel she may not want a close relationship at this time. I would be pleasant wit her and try very hard to give her some 'space' meaning room to be alone for a while and feel some freedom. She may still want the friendship in a little while but you may have to accept that she does not want a close relationship. Just be kind to her but not "in her face."

I'm sorry to hear that man.. But it looks like she hates you. Give her some air , let her breath for a while. Is it something else you did to make her act like that ? think. And all relationships are not meant to be . But if you really want to see change just give her time.

She does not hate or love you. The thing is that you got the wrong signal and you can't get along together bcos there is something about you she does not like. And in the beginning she never accepted going out with you.

I wouldn't say she hates you i think she is still hurt from the argument....maybe give her some space to breath and cool down, and after that then try again to talk to her if not then take it that she no longer want's anything to do with you.
