I just read about this in a dream dictionary today, how weird! Basically it said that women who have high anxiety dreams before labor, are more likely to have an easier time. I didn't read to far into it, so I can't really elaborate on it, but it was something about releasing anxiety in dreams actually reduces anxiety while you are awake, or something. The book was called dream dictionary a-z, I think.

YES. Strange dreams about delivering a puppy instead of a baby OR having the baby born with a full set of teeth. It's all normal, part of the anticipation of the baby's arrival.
Good luck with your labor and congrats on the new baby ! !
