i own a repair shop and id just change the whole filter the seal is made with it,and those aren't very expensive for those cars, but always change the whole thing if one starts to leak, never try and repair it,good luck i hope this helps.

new fuel filters cost next to nothing so dont bother with trying to replace seals as its easier to just replace the whole thing.

its really simple to do.
