Seems a good idea to move to talk talk because it's cheaper and quoted £19.99 first 3 months then £20.99 but what is the broadband like? has anybody moved from BT to Talk talk, and is it cheaper. I currently pay £17.99 broadband and line rental £11 total £29.99.
Can't get cable in my area.

Stay with BT because it's one of the cheapest (but good quality) broadbands there are, change if you feel that Talk Talk is cheaper, but you won't get the same service that you get with BT.

I changed from BT to Talk Talk last August. Bad move, I think they have hidden costs as my bills started to spiral out of control. Contacted BT, back with them tomorrow. Can't comment on T/T broadband.

I haven't personally tried it but people from my work have said their broadband is terrible with Talk Talk. Cutting out for hours at a time, especially at weekends. It is cheaper but you get what you pay for I guess.

I would stick with BT, they know what they are doing.

I moved from BT to Tiscali as the best offer around and have been more than satisfied and if I have had a query over anything they have answered fully and quickly. I have saved myself £6 a month permanently.

you pay for what you get....

TalkTalk broadband is really poor but if you make International Calls the WHOLE package can be quite cheap.

Not recommended though if continous broadband is vital. BT broadband is much better but alot more expensive.

I would recommend that you stay with BT, just look around for a cheaper ISP - I use EurISP myself.
If my see opinions of people who have signed up to Talk Talk click on link below. Also be aware that you have to sign up to Talk Talk for 18 months if you do decide to go with them.
