is pspvideo9 any good. I heard that it is free. Can it convert your dvd files to mp4 format then can it put the converted files onto your psp?

Yup! It's all good.. In fact, I use it together with vixy.net to save those music videos on youtube on my psp!!
It's also free, and free of adware and popups! In addition, it automatically renames your mp4s for it to work on your psp.. (Mp4s which don't have the right filenames won't play on the psp)
It's the best..

It sux to me, you can get CinemaForgeLite1 at http://download.com I think it's better, try them out though.
