In a refrig/freezer it can be kept up to 3 months. In a chest freezer you can keep it for up to 6 months.

in a regular freezer...store in the back 4 months is about right....in a 'deep freeze' (sub zero freezer) you can store for a year.
Also, if you pump many times a day...leave it in the refrigerator, collect it all at the end of the day and combine them into a larger bottle or bag or whatever, then freeze THAT. You can combine milks of the same temp....so, dont pour warm on top of frozen, dont pour warm on top of cold....but cold to cold is fine.

Fresh milk room temp.is good 6-8hrs 3-4 months in a regualr freezer, within 24hrs of pumping
Refrigerated is good for 4 hrs. 6 months + in a deep freezer withiin 24hrs of pumping
Previously frozen is good for 4hrs after coming to room temp.
24hrs unwarmed, 9 hrs if warmed to room temp. and re-cooled refreeze only if it's slushy with ice
* Defrost or warm milk quickly- don't leave on the counter to defrost. Human milk can be defrosted and or warmed under running water

Your milk will store for three months in the refrigerator freezer, but if you have a chest freezer I suggest putting it in there because it will stay good for six months.

3 or 4 months as long as it is in the back of the freezer... don't store it in the door.

6 months if in a deep freeze. Be sure to use within 24 hours after thawing. And remember that fresh is best. BM can loose some good qualities when frozen, but it is nice to have some extras in storage.
