Go to your local bookstore and pick up a book called 'Song Writers Marketplace' They also have one called 'Writers Marketplace' It has a list of every recording company and or publishing company for songs in it. It tells you exactly how the song should be submitted and in what packaging. It also tells you what time of year to send the song because some of these places only accept the songs at a certain time of year. The book is about 20.00 I know that is expensive but it is a step up from sending your song in the wrong packaging and having it tossed out.

You can also look on the inside of the CD for an address and try sending it there however I would suggest that you don't really know where your song is going to.

Have a good day
God Bless
