My TV is out, but is it possible to plug my Wii in the computer ant play on the screen?? are there special wires of any sort??

No, you can't play your Wii on your Computer. However, you can play it on your Computer Monitor or run it through the computer. If you have a monitor with the required inputs, such as Composite or Component Inputs, then you can use your Computer Monitor. Otherwise, you would need an adaptor that would run the signal through your computer. I don't really recommend this as it requires running both your computer and the Wii just to get a picture on your monitor. Use your TV!

it is possible to do it through the computer but you need a video capture card or a TV card and a few adaptors (depending on the brand and type of card) It is also possible to plug it into the monitor but you would need some rather expencive adaptors to plug it into a standard CRT monitor and possibly even more expencive one for an LCD
