I don't believe I have any type of kindey, bladder or urinary track infections. I know 100% I am not pregnant and I am not old...I just turned 30. But, I just went to the bathroom like 5 minutes ago and have to go again. Yes, I wake up in the middle of the night and have to go. I don't find that I drink all that much. But, I have been finding that my mouth has felt quite dry lately. Do you think I am dehydrated?

I don't believe it to be a form of diabetes all though this would probably be everyones first guess. I had that test two years ago and had a fasting BS of 104 which the doctor said was norm.

there could be a couple of things going on from not emptying your bladder fully or have you been checked for diabetes. If your producing urine your probably not dehydrated.

to know if you are dehydrated or not try pinching (gently) a little skin on the back of your forearm ,lifting it gently upwards. then watch how long it takes to return to the normal position. if a short period then you are not dehydrated.. if it is a longer than say 45 seconds to 1 minute you are a little dehydrated.if it does not want to return to the normal position then you are dehydrated... drink 2 - 6 oz glasses of tepid water. wait for about a half an hour and drink again.. then you should be drinking 6 - 8, 8 ounce glasses of water daily.(thirsty or not ). if you think you have some kind of urinary tract infection, drink cranberry juice 3 - 6 ounce glasses daily for about 14 days.

It could mean various things but your doctor would be the best person to tell you what it is. You could have a bladder problem, maybe it is to small and cannot hold large amounts of water. I have the same problem. About drinking water that is great it helps clean out your system. If your mouth feels dry could mean a couple of things... Are you eating alot of salt lately? Salty foods make you very thirsty and too much salt is bad for you because drinking too much water and eating alot of salt makes it store itself in your body which produces it as fat. or 2 you could have some symptoms of diabetes. Please see your doctor if it continues. I hope this helped.

If it just started and not the norm, don't worry, just go pee.
If not, I would check for diabetes.
This is one of the symptoms.

Dehydration causes less urine output. As long as the color of your urine in not amberish, you are getting enough water.

There is a condition that does that, but for the life of me I can not remember it. There is a new medication for it.

Dehydration doesn't cause severe peeing. . . . .it has to be because of something entirely different. . . .drink lots of water. . .that'll clear the system. . . . get on a healthy diet and if that doesn't help consult a doc

early signs of urinal track infection does that. if it goes away your good, if it turns out painful when you pee then your having an infection and should see a doctor immediately.
