As a general rule, Remarkable is used to describe things that are abnormal, such as the White Blood Cell Count is Remarkable by being elevated at 22,000. Unremarkable usually describes things that are normal, such as the White Blood Cell count is Unremarkable at being 8,000. I hope this example helps you.

unremarkable means ;doctors are amazed that certain parts of the body looks so good and remarkable ,a certain person is doing wrlll or pretty smart etc.
