Some babies cut their teeth all at once. It may be that your son has a high pain tolerance- everyone reacts differently. Be thankful that he is so easy-going about it!

My son's teeth all came in two at a time...as soon as two had broken through, two more started and he didn't complain one bit! He drooled a lot but never had trouble sleeping or eating or being fussy or anything. I thought it was unusual too but just enjoy the peace. My girlfriends' son had an aweful time teething, which meant she had a horrible couple of months. Good luck!

That happened with my son. He had teeth just popping out all the time at 8 months. At least you don't have to worry about the crankiness.

My son's teeth seemed to take forever to come in, but my daughter had them coming in every time I turned around!! She wasn't as fortunate as your son, she was cranky all the time for a while! It's very normal. Babies just develop at different rates.

If he is constantly chewing on something it helps soothe the pain... and it's been said that when children get all their teeth at once it is said that they are going to have strong teeth when they get older... and watch his temperature he may not show a fever but babies tend to get fevers while teething... he's a tough little guy

After my daughter got her first couple of teeth, she didn't seem bothered by the rest either. I think they get used to it.

They claim that baby teeth have no roots so getting them should not hurt.
